ORDERING ON TEEBREWS IS AS SIMPLE AS 1-2-3-4-5
 

1. Choose a Design Category (i.e. Aleph-bet, Humor) from the Design CategoriesPage.

2. Choose a Design by clicking its image to proceed to theProduct SelectionPage.

3. Choose a Product, Size, and Quantity from our pop-up menus.

4. Click the ADD TO CARTButton. You will see a confirmation of the add.

5. Click the Continue Shopping button to add another item to your cart.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 
1. How do I see what I've ordered so far?
Click the "REVIEW ORDER" button that appears in the Shopping Cart windows or click the
"Review Order" link in other parts of TEEBREWS.
 
2. How do I remove an item from my Shopping Cart?
Go to the Review Order page in which a check box appears before every item. Check the item(s)
you wish to remove and click the "REMOVE ITEM" button.
 
3. How do I change quantity of an item from 1 to 2?
You must first remove the item (See 2.) and then enter it again with the updated quantity,. We took this approach because it is less error-prone and ordering is so simple that in less than 15 seconds you can easily accomplish the above.
 
4. How do I cancel the ENTIRE order?
Go to the Review Order page as described above and click the "CANCEL ORDER " button.
 
5. Will I get confirmation of my Order?
Yes. After completion of your order, you will receive an automatic confirming email.with the details.
 
6. Is there a dollar limit I can order on-line?
Yes. For security purposes, we have limited the amount of an order to $250.00 per session.
 
7. What is a session?
A session is defined as the time period beginning when your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer) first comes to our site until any order, if any, is confirmed.. Upon confirmation of an order, a new session is automatically started. Each order is unique and has no relationship to another.
 
8. What if I am in the middle of shopping and my power goes off, or I close my browser for the night and come back the next morning? Will the items I ordered be in my shopping cart?
No. We do not retain information over sessions. Our philosophy is to err on the side of security rather than on marketing/convenience.
 
9. Do you use cookies to store personal information from my order on my computer?
Absolutely not. First, there is no reason to. Also, we believe storing information about you on your physical computer that we can access every time you come to our site is an invasion of your privacy.
 
10. Once my order is "confirmed," can I start over again with another order?
Yes. Your Shoping Cart is emptied and you may start adding items. Note, upon check-out, for security reasons, you will have to re-supply all payment and shipping information.
 
11. If I order a shirt today and come back next week to order again, will I have to enter billing and shipping information at that time.
Yes. Each time you come to TEEBREWS you are considered a "new" customer. Again, we do not store "cookies" or retain customer information across sessions.
 
12. How long is my credit card information kept on your system?
For you protection, all credit card information is deleted approximately 7-10 days after your purchase.
 
13. Can my credit card number be seen in the HTML source code?
Absolutely not!
 
14. Is my credit card number encrypted before sent to the server?
Absolutely. Moreover, because our proprietary formula is based on information specific to your session, it is virtually impossible to decode. Your credit card is also encrypted on our password protected data base and never shown directly.
